Terri Reese and the Crawdads tonight (Friday) at 8pm on the first floor. Dj starts at 10 on the second floor. 

One of tonight's dinner specials is Prawns Melanaise ( large Prawns sauteed with garlic, tomato, and basil served over fettuccini noodles!) $24.95

If you haven't been here on Wednesday nights and you can appreciate a great country sound, you want to come and hear Dave Laswell and the Rounders. They take over the 1st floor stage from 7:00-10:00 pm, but people usually start staking out a seat earlier to get easy access to the dance floor. Here's a little video tease to get you goin'.

Daddys Updates

As we launch our new website I want to thank all of you who have been here with us all along the way. We ve had a great fall and winter together, and I look forward to stacking up some great summer memories next. I enjoy and appreciate all of you so much. So, have a safe summer and we hope you spend a lot of it right here with us. The A/C is always on!

High School prom night is right around the corner. Crawdaddy's is always honored to have the area's youth dine here for this annual event. If you're planning a large group please make reservations early. Call (559) 625-5300.

St. Patrick’s Day was packed at C’daddy’s. We sold a ton of corned beef and cabbage and the Irish Car Bomb was the drink of choice. It’s Guinness mixed with Baileys and a shot of Irish whiskey that foams and looks like it’s about to explode. By 10:30 that night over a hundred people were lined up outside waiting to get in. Big, big party.

Wednesdays from 7 to 10 p.m. are KJUG Country nights with David Laswell and the Rounders and its a packed house.

Then, Big Poppa Joe will be hosting karaoke for ya at Crawdaddys Visalia from 10:00 pm-Close. Great bartenders, great venues, lots of fun! NO COVER!

I got some beautiful salmon for all our great Salmon dishes.

Guillermo Santa Maria is A wonderfull addition to our kitchen staff. He brings 30 years of experience to Crawdaddys and is the king of great sauses, and fine desserts!

We are so lucky to have the man himself at Crawdaddys. Ramon Quintana has been serving Visalia Diners for 35 years.
