Fine Dining at Crawdaddy's
The way we see it, every day should be celebrated, starting with the food you eat. And for us, every celebration starts with unique and inspired dishes created from the freshest ingredients available. Crawdaddy's Louisiana-inspired menu is designed to excite and surprise the palate. We have three menus to choose from, starting at 11 a.m. with our Lunch Menu. We also offer two dinner menus to meet the wide-variety of tastes in Visalia and our surrounding communities.
Lunch Menu
We serve a wide-range of dishes for our discriminating lunch customers. Whether you just need a quick bite or want to take a leisurely lunch, our staff is ready with some delicious choices. Lunch begins at 11 a.m. In addition to the full menu below, your server will inform you about any daily specials from the kitchen.
Dinner Menu 1st Floor
At Crawdaddy's, we focus on quality. From our delicious Louisiana inspired cuisine, to our friendly, eager-to-please waiter staff. On our first floor, we serve traditional bayou dishes like Po' Boys, our "Big Ol' Bowl of Red Beans and Rice," or try our delicious crab cakes.
Our locally renowned Chef Fernando Gonzales is also eager to show off his fresh dish of the day and your Crawdaddy favorites.

The 2nd Floor
The Second Floor of Crawdaddy's has perfected the art of fine dining and provides an elegant and warm dining experience, from the quality of the finest ingredients to the perfection of the dining service. The upstairs menu is a kicked-up version of the fare found downstairs. An upscale menu, it was inspired by the finest dishes of Louisiana with enough diversity to meet the different tastes of its trendy clientele. Located in the heart of farm country, we take advantage of the freshest ingredients and often surprise our guests with special items not on the regular menu. Plus we offer the "All-American" meal such as barbecue beef ribs and rib eye steak.
